Form delivery

Website enquiries are sent to Aidea through a third-party form-delivery service. That provider processes the submitted details to transmit the enquiry to Aidea under its own terms and privacy practices. Please do not include sensitive customer, health, payment or authentication information.

Sharing and access

We do not sell enquiry information. Access should be limited to Aidea team members and service providers who need it to respond to your request, operate the website or meet legal obligations.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a proposal, maintain relevant business records or meet legal requirements.
